Spot On is the Directory of Services in South Gloucestershire. It is for people with learning difficulties and their carers.
Some of the information on Spot On is moving to a brand new web site called Well Aware.

There is lots of information about health, wellbeing and community services in South Gloucestershire, Bristol and Bath & North East Somerset on a NEW web site called Well Aware.

Well Aware already has information about more than 1,000 services.

Well Aware is FREE for anyone to use. Click on www.wellaware.org.uk to log on.

Well Aware is run by The Care Forum.

If you cannot access the internet yourself, you can ask the Well Aware Team at The Care Forum to help you by telephoning (FREE) 0808 808 5252.

Some of the information that is on Spot On will be moved to Well Aware.

Spot On will continue as a separate web site until the end of September 2010.

From October 2010 the Spot On Home Page will stay so that anyone logging on to Spot On can be redirected to Well Aware.
